In an urgent negotiation to finalize a trilateral agreement between Egypt, Ethiopia, and Sudan on the filling of the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam(GERD) and the rules governing its operation, Ethiopian Prime Minister AbiyAhmed and Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi agreed on Thursday, according to a joint statement.

The two leaders will take all necessary steps to complete the agreement in four months, according to the statement.
